The aim of the course is to familiarize participants with the rules of behavior in today’s society, which develops very quickly, not only in private relations, but also in the professional ones. In many cases, unwritten rules have been released in society, but some attitudes, behaviors, and subsequent situations are built on the very official foundation of etiquette, an integral part of everyday life. The purpose of the course is to create a social knowledge of the rules so that ladies become even more desirable and men more charismatic. Knowing the rules of social behavior brings respect and esteem to the environment, prevents many conflicts, misunderstandings.

Content:

The history of etiquette. Basics of etiquette and why it is still valid nowadays

Who we are and why we do some things differently than others. (from the handshake to the greetings)

We do not all have the same options – how to treat paraplegics, what is the etiquette to other affected people

How to buy clothes, accessories, shoes and how to dress (opportunities, style, possibilities)

Jewelry and Watches – Choice, purchase, care, endowment and where we can take them

Gifts, donors and recipients. (What, Who, When and How)

Rules of conduct in everyday life (from the handshake to welcoming guests)

Writing, calling, social networks. Where we write (email, sms, letter, invitation, condolence and more)

Dining at home, in a restaurants, with friends

Wine – as a cure and experience. (Choosing wine, combining food, using glasses, preparing tastings for friends, sabrage is not a secret, what goes with wine and how to serve it)

We got sad news (condolence, flowers, clothes, funeral, banquet)

Transport – passenger car (how and where we get in). Public transport (bus, metro, plane)

We’re going abroad (how to plan a holiday, what is appropriate and what can surprise us). How people perceive us in other cultures. “Another county, another custom”

Celebration (birthday, anniversary, birth of a child, wedding, just in two).
