Political Marketing is the creative course and workshop which introduces students to how candidates, parties, elected officials and governments around the world utilise marketing concepts and tools win elections and sport and culture. Drawing on the latest international political marketing research available, this course examines a wide range of political marketing topics including culture, media and sport, the rise of the political and sport consumer, market intelligence and segmentation, opposition research, e-marketing, direct mail, market-orientation and strategy, internal marketing, product re-development, branding, local political marketing and culture and sport, marketing in government and culture and sport, delivery and global culture and sport knowledge transfer. It utilises examples from different countries around the world. The obtained results will be published in the international Journals.
