Lawyer, expert on EU funds and state and public administration. In 2001 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economics.

Between 2002 and 2019 she worked at several ministries (health, labor and social affairs, regional development). Since 2009, she worked at the Ministry for Regional Development in high managerial positions in the field of coordination of European funds, from 2014 to 2019 she was the Deputy Minister of European Funds Coordination and for International Relations at the Ministry of Regional Development.

From 2015 to 2017, she worked as an independent expert within the High Expert Group that prepared proposals for simplification in the field of EU funds for the European Commission.

Since 2019 she has been an active academic employee at the College of International and Public Relations in Prague, and has also advised the Minister for Regional Development.

Since 2021 she has been the Vice-Rector for Foreign Relations and Public Relations at the College of International and Public Relations in Prague.
