JUDr. Helena Chaloupková, Ph.D.

Attorney and Professor dealing with media and copyright law. Born in 1951 in Brno. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. In 1994 she became a member of the Chamber of Commercial Lawyers and since 1995 she is an attorney and a member of the Czech Bar Association. Since 2002 she has worked as a professor at various public and private schools. She has been working at the College of International and Public Relations in Prague since 2009, and since 2017 at the University of Business and Law. She is the author and co-author of a number of articles on mass media, advertising and copyright published by C.H. Beck. Since 1991, she has been involved in the legislative process in the field of media and copyright. She provides pro bono legal services to some non-profit organizations and associations.
