JUDr. Štefan Viedenský teaches International Law, Public International Law, Diplomatic and Consular Law, as well as UN – Position and Role, Basis of the Public International Law within the ERASMUS+ program at the College od International and Public Relations in Prague

He studied at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (specialization – International Relations, Japanese Language) (1978–1981) and later graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University, specialization International Public Law, diploma thesis: “ASEAN – International Legal Aspects of Development”; 1987 – rigorous examinations in the field of public international law – JUDr. degree

JUDr. Štefan Viedenský worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1985 – 1997), Consulate General in Zagreb (later Embassy) – Consul (jurisdiction for Croatia and Slovenia and partly for Bosnia and Herzegovina during the conflict in former Yugoslavia) (1988-1993), Embassy of the Czech Republic in Bratislava – Head of the Consular Section (Embassy Council) (1993 – 1997), Ministry of Industry and Trade – International Law Department (1998 – 2001), Ministry of Interior – Department of Asylum and Migration Policy (2001 – 2007), AICTA DESIGN Work, s.r.o. – consulting firm focusing on the function of mediator between Czech and Chinese entities (representation also in Shanghai) (2008 – 2009), MHM computer a.s. – project manager (2010 – 2011), since 2011 he lectures at the College of International and Public Relations in Prague.

He is a member of the Czech Society for International Law and speaks fluent English, Russian, Croatian, Serbian and Slovak.
