She graduated from the Gercen Russian State Pedagogical Institute in St. Petersburg, studying at the Moscow State Law Academy. She also studied at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. In addition to pedagogical and legal education, he has a university degree in economics.
She worked as a teaching worker and was a leading economist at the National Bank in St. Petersburg. Since 1996, she has worked for the Association of Financial Market Participants in Moscow and has worked in a managerial position for almost twenty years. At present, the mediator is registered in the list of mediators of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic.
She has published monographs, professional articles in the field of financial and administrative law, comparative legal analysis of legislation in different countries.
